Lisa has more than a decade’s global experience in HR consulting, project implementation, and a variety of HR generalist and advisory roles. Lisa is now working as an independent consultant serving start up businesses and companies in various industries to tailor their recruitment process, build HR fundamentals, and also ensure that all compliance requirements are met. Aside from her HR consulting and in-house HR experience, Lisa has industry and employment legislation experience within the manufacturing industry, government, and advertising industry.

Belle has over 30 years’ experience in project management in the IT and banking industries. She has worked as Program Director at ANZ, IBM and Telstra across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Belle specialises in delivery execution review and project management practices including process improvement, risk mitigation, program schedule, and cost management and recovery.
Shawn is a transformational Senior Program Manager with a local consultancy firm, with previous experience working in multinational Fortune 50 companies. He has successfully managed many large, complex programs with multi-million dollar budgets and multi-disciplinary teams in various industry sectors. Shawn brings diversified expertise and the ability to work across all levels of large organisations in challenging, high risk and political environments. He is passionate about helping young people in their career development. Shawn obtained his PhD and MBA degrees from top Singapore and Australian universities.
Elaine has worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company where she advised performance transformation and market entry strategy projects in a range of industries including agriculture, healthcare, consumer products and retail across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. She is currently working as the Executive Manager of Corporate Strategy and Planning at NBN Australia.
Albert is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Albert possesses a strong business operations background with other skills being Business Development, Business Planning, HR Consulting, Coaching, Executive Search, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Hoang is a senior project manager at Seven Consulting, where he manages a transnational project team of over 40 team members on multi-millions cross border projects. Hoang is experienced in consulting, project management and banking through working for Seven Consulting, NAB, UXC consulting. His major clients including Goldman Sachs, Super Partners, Hitachi, ANZ, MLC and Melbourne University.
Thomas has over 10 years’ experience in Management Consultancy, and a Masters of Business and Management and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Linkoping University, Sweden. He is an experienced and highly motivated business professional with a track record of success driving and sustaining cost savings and value creations across large organisations. Thomas has extensive experience in business improvement, transformational change and program/project management.
Jonathan is an experienced consultant who has successfully worked on a range of digital, design and change projects across the UK, Australia and the Philippines. Jonathan currently holds the role of Customer Experience Designer at the Nous Group. As a trained user experience designer, Jonathan has worked across the entire design process, from determining the strategic intent, to sketching ideas, building prototypes and implementing final products.
Pritimay has an MBA and expertise in strategy development, segmentation, marketing analytics and product management with 7 years of experience spanning various parts of the credit cycle in the US. He has been working as a consultant at McKinsey and Company for over 2 years.
Shaja has worked for over 9 years in customer analytics and brand and campaign strategy development across a variety of industries including health and beauty, whitegood/appliances, insurance and financial services and fashion. She currently manages the marketing team at Terry White Chemmart.
Wenjing has 10 year’s experience as a business analyst utilising traditional and agile methodologies. She has worked for Blockchain Tech as a Product Manager and has experience with several large organisations such as Huawei and China Southern Airlines.
Adrian is an Associate Director with over 12 years of strategy, transformational change, PMO, digital and operational performance improvement experience. He is currently a member of the Victorian leadership team within the KPMG Enterprise Management Consulting practice. He is a senior management professional with a broad range of experience working with small to large, national and multinational organisations.
